Need a hand?

Contact SnakeBit creator Ramy Moussally at support@snakebit.io for help, feedback or a player-safety report.

Include your public Player ID (for example, ABC-1234), device model, app version and what happened. A screenshot helps. Never send passwords, email verification codes, payment-card details or account session tokens.

Your Player ID

Use the Player screen to save a device-only identity by email or restore an existing saved Player ID. Use the same Player ID to keep your records and owned rewards together across supported versions of SnakeBit.

Save your Player ID before deleting the app or clearing its data. A device-only identity may not be recoverable afterwards. If you appear as a different player, restore the original saved identity before playing for rewards.

Snake Pass purchases

Where purchasing is available, a Snake Pass is a one-time purchase for the selected pass, not a subscription. Save your Player ID before purchasing. The store displays the price and asks you to confirm.

If an Apple purchase is missing, use the Apple Account that bought it, restore the same saved SnakeBit Player ID, then use Restore Purchases in Snake Pass. A purchase cannot be moved to another Player ID.

If verification is delayed, reconnect and restore purchases before trying to buy again. For refunds, use Apple's purchase support. Deleting your SnakeBit account does not request a refund.

Connection and competition

Daily Run and online Versus require an internet connection. Leaving an active Versus round can forfeit it. For a stuck match or score problem, include the mode, approximate time and room code if available.

Classic and Sprint can be played offline. Account-bound queued results need a connection to synchronize. Check the saved or queued result status before assuming a score reached the server.

Notifications

Check notification settings inside SnakeBit and in your device settings. Focus modes, silent settings and notification permissions can affect whether alerts appear or make a sound. Rival calls and podium alerts have separate preferences.

Report a player

Use REPORT from a public player card or the rival’s options menu. Choose a reason and send it privately to SnakeBit support. Use BLOCK in Rivals to stop unwanted rival interactions. To report an offensive public name or other behavior, email the support address above with the player's public ID, a description and, if possible, a screenshot. Do not include private conversations or information unrelated to the report.

Delete your account

Open Player → Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps. Saved accounts require a fresh email code. This removes your SnakeBit Player ID and its progress and owned rewards, including purchased pass access. Disconnect This Device only signs out the current device.

Read the Privacy Notice for data handling and limited records retained after deletion. Contact support if the in-app deletion flow cannot complete.
